Print-on-Demand Notice
All AEBOZ Studio products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means:

Each product is unique and produced only once you order it

Production begins immediately after your order is placed

Items are printed with your selected artwork and specifications

We do not hold inventory or stock pre-made items
No Returns or Exchanges
Because all products are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse

Ordering the wrong size, color, or product

Color differences between your screen display and the physical product

Personal preference or style changes
Before you order, please:

Carefully review product descriptions, materials, and images

Check size charts and measurements

Verify your selected design and customization options

Double-check your shopping cart and shipping address
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
We guarantee quality! If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Eligible Issues Include:

Damaged in shipping (torn, crushed, broken items)

Printing defects (misprints, faded colors, smudges, incorrect artwork placement)

Manufacturing errors (incorrect sizing, poor stitching, material defects)

Wrong item shipped (incorrect product, size, color, or design)
How to Report a Problem:
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Step 1: Email us at support@aebozstudio.com with:

Your order number

Clear, well-lit photos showing:

The full product

Close-up images of the defect or damage

Product tag/label (if applicable)

Brief description of the issue
Step 2: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
Step 3: Once approved, you'll receive either:

Free replacement - A new item will be produced and shipped at no cost

Full refund - Money returned to your original payment method
Important: You do NOT need to return the defective product.
Order Cancellations
Due to our automated fulfillment process:

Orders can be canceled within 12-24 hours of purchase

After this window, production has begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed

To request cancellation, email [your email address] immediately with your order number

We will do our best to stop production, but once an item enters production, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund
Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping Times:

Domestic (US): 3-8 business days

International: 10-20 business days (may vary)
Total Delivery = Production Time + Shipping Time
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Shipping Issues:
Lost Packages:

If tracking shows no movement for 15+ days or package is confirmed lost, contact us

We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if confirmed lost
Stolen After Delivery:

We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier

Please provide a secure delivery location or request signature confirmation at checkout
Incorrect Shipping Address:

Verify your address carefully before checkout

We cannot redirect orders once shipped

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provided are not eligible for replacement or refund

For approved order cancellations (within 12-24 hours):
