Thank you for shopping with AEBOZ Studio. Every product we offer is custom‑made to order through our print‑on‑demand partners. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be produced, shipped, and delivered.
🚀 1. Production Time
All AEBOZ Studio products are made to order.
Typical production times:
• Most products: 2–7 business days
• Specialty items: May require additional time depending on complexity
• Peak seasons: Production may take slightly longer
Production begins immediately after your order is placed.
📦 2. Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after production is complete.
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 3–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days (varies by country)
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and holidays may affect delivery times.
🌍 3. Shipping Locations
We ship to:
• All U.S. states and territories
• Most international destinations
If your location is not supported, you will be notified at checkout.
💲 4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Product type
• Weight and size
• Carrier rates
International customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

• A link to track your package
• Carrier information
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
🏠 6. Shipping Address Requirements
Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order.
AEBOZ Studio is not responsible for:
• Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate addresses
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
📭 7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if:
• Tracking shows no movement for 15+ days, or
• The carrier confirms it is lost
If confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement.
Delayed Packages
Carrier delays are outside our control.
We cannot refund or replace orders due to carrier delays.
Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
• Check with neighbors or your local post office
• Verify the delivery location
AEBOZ Studio is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
For added security, consider using a safe delivery address or requesting signature confirmation.
🌐 8. International Shipping Notes
International orders may experience:
• Customs inspections
• Import taxes or duties
• Extended delivery times
These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.
🔄 9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly:
• Orders may be canceled within 12–24 hours
• After production begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed
